Lazarus’s stories just keep getting better and better! As you read the book many changes will occur. New friends will be made and old acquaintances will be renewed. Really close friend will be lost and the plot twist will keep you busy following the story. Just keep in mind that time passes differently in faire and changes will surprise you! I love the series and this book has lots of heart and is worth more than five stars! Looking forward to the next one!
Lots of action, magic, and twists to this book. Lazarus can’t seem to catch a break, as he fights against time to save those he loves. I’ve enjoyed all the books that i have read in this series, but there are some real surprises in this one. Highly recommended for fans of the Lazarus series, I’m giving this one 5 stars. This is my honest, voluntary review of and advanced reader copy of this book
Ever had a bad day, week, month? Laz has had worse!Mardi Gras, zombies, Laz and more - this book does not disappoint as Author Copen serves an amazing eigth installment in the Lazarus Codex.I thoroughly enjoyed the continuing world and character building, and the story space kept me turning pages.I read an ARC of the book and have chosen to review it.
Lazarus is back and facing what might be his toughest challenge yet. To make matters worse, they drag his family into it. He deals with the problem on his usual sarcastic manner, which makes for a very fun read. The story is well told and the characters are, as always, great.
Sometimes things just don’t work out for Lazarus. This book was another great addition to the series. Definitely an enjoyable read.
